The blended learning (mixing of different learning methods) as well as the e-learning, is succeeding as an innovative solution, accessible, qualitative, easy and quick to carry out, economical and efficient.

But what is the difference between the blended learning and the e-learning?

The blended learning is a learning process combining the advantages of two approaches: those of face-to-face teaching (individual, partner, little group…) and those of e-learning.
The course with the teacher is followed or anticipated by a personal work thanks to the e-learning in the continuity or the preparation of the subject treated. Thus the trainings are made very interactive and dynamic. The face-to-face part becomes focused on the know how of the teacher and on the key expectations of the learners.

Indeed, the today’s rhythms of work require working on the reduction of the problems imposed by the training in class. That’s why thanks to the blended learning we allow you to optimize the learning time with an excellent training level.

Moreover, there is a high degree of flexibility in the organization of the implementation of the training as well as the course materials used:

  1. The learner will begin with face-to-face courses or with distance courses according to his needs. The changeover of the two teaching methods will be conducted in accordance with the evolution of the learner’s program.
  2. Besides our experience and cross media know how enable us, an alternation of the media, which adapts to the needs, problems and different situations which are imposed by the companies’ everyday business. Thus, a learner will be able to begin its training with internet, continue it with face-to-face and conclude it on tablet.

The blended learning has specific strengths and brings a real added value to the e-learning:

  1. The face-to-face training allows to keep a working environment and to remain anchored in the training.
  2. Meet the teacher allows the learner to have an individual and adapted approach for its problems, it’s a synthesis and debriefing moment.
